About the role:
Our website is more than just a digital brochure, it is a core business touchpoint that shapes how users discover our brand, understand our products, and navigate their journey with confidence.
We are looking for a Website Manager to take ownership of day-to-day website operations, page management, and continuous improvement across our web ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with WordPress, understands how webpages should be structured for both users and search engines, and takes pride in maintaining websites that are accurate, polished, and effective.
You will work closely with teams across Marketing, SEO, Design, Product, Compliance, and Development to ensure the website remains up to date, on-brand, user-friendly, and operationally sound.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both detail and structure. You should be comfortable managing multiple page updates, coordinating revisions, troubleshooting website issues, and continuously improving overall website quality — not just uploading content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain webpages in WordPress, including updates, formatting, publishing, and content replacements
- Build and update campaign pages, landing pages, product pages, and supporting website content
- Ensure all webpages are accurate, visually consistent, mobile-friendly, and aligned with brand standards
- Support SEO implementation across page titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, alt text, URL structure, and content formatting
- Conduct regular website QA to identify broken links, outdated content, formatting inconsistencies, and usability issues
- Work closely with Compliance, Product, Branding, SEO, and Design teams to ensure content updates are accurate, approved, and properly reflected on the website
- Coordinate with developers or technical teams when bugs, tracking issues, or technical improvements are required
- Maintain website governance, page organisation, and publishing discipline across multiple site sections
- Monitor website performance and recommend practical improvements to page quality, structure, and user experience
- Support website-related initiatives tied to campaigns, promotions, launches, and regional updates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in WordPress and website management
- Strong hands-on experience creating, updating, and maintaining webpages, including working with WordPress plugins
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and how website structure impacts discoverability and page quality
- Understanding of website UX principles, layout consistency, readability, and mobile responsiveness
- Strong attention to detail with a reliable QA mindset
- Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively across teams
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the fintech industry
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, GA4, Search Console, or CMS-related troubleshooting
- Experience with landing page optimisation and conversion-focused page design
- Experience managing multilingual or multi-region websites
- Understanding of website performance best practices, including page speed optimisation, image compression, and technical site hygiene
